• Hold your Rabbit steadily over a reader, and wait until there is a "beep" to ensure your transaction has gone through
   
• Keep your Rabbit free from physical damage, stickers or other adhesives
   
• Enroll in Carrot Rewards for points collection and other member benefits.
   

DON'T:

• Hold more than 1 Rabbit over a reader at the same time
   
• Hold your Rabbit with other contactless cards over a reader at the same time
   
• Move your Rabbit away from the reader too quickly - wait for the "beep" to make sure your transaction has gone through
   
• Bend, write on, scratch, cut or paste something on your Rabbit
