Where can I get a Rabbit?

Standard Rabbit is available at all BTS Ticket Offices.

 

Q:
How much does Rabbit Cost?
A:
A Standard Rabbit is 300 Baht in total which includes 150 Baht issuing fee, 50 Baht Deposit, and 100 initial Stored Value.

 

Q:
Where can I top up my Rabbit?
A:
You can top up your Rabbit at any BTS Ticket Office as well as at the Authorized Top-up Service Provider.

 

Q:
Where can I use my Rabbit?
A:
You can use your Rabbit on the BTS and other Transit Service Providers for single journeys and for passes. You may also use your Rabbit for purchasing goods and services from our retail partners such as McDonald's, Starbucks, Au Bon Pain…and others

 

Q:
How do I check my Stored Value balance?
A:
You can check the remaining Stored Value balance at all Rabbit Service Providers which accept Rabbit for payment including all BTS Ticket Offices.

 

Q:
What happens if my Rabbit is lost or stolen?
A:
The Company cannot suspend and refund any value on your Rabbit if it goes missing unless it has been registered with the Company. Further announcements related to Rabbit registration will be available at this website.

 

Q:
What do I do if my Rabbit stops working?
A:
If your Standard Rabbit or Special Rabbit stops working, you may contact any BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center.

For Corporate Rabbit or Co-branded Rabbit, you may need to contact the issuing institution.
