For Standard Rabbit, if you wish to refund the Deposit and Stored Value, you must return your Rabbit to any BTS Ticket Office or at the Authorized Service Center. In doing so, you accept that the usage of such Rabbit shall be absolutely canceled. In any case, you cannot refund only the Stored Value without returning the Rabbit to the Company.
In case of unreadable Rabbit, the refund will be processed within 15 days.
If the total of the Stored Value and the Deposit is not more than 250 Baht, you can apply for immediate refund at any BTS Ticket Office or at the Authorized Service Center. If the total of the Stored Value and the Deposit is more than 250 Baht, you will need to apply for deferred refund at a BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center and you will receive the refund within 15 days. Any negative value must be settled upon refund.
If you wish to refund the Stored Value of your Special or Corporate Rabbit, contact any BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center. A fee of 50 Baht will be required. Your Rabbit will be sent to the Company and you will receive the refund within 15 days.
In the case of refunding the Stored Value of Co-Branded Rabbit, you must contact Bangkok Smartcard System Company Limited at 21 TST Tower, 19th Floor, Viphavadi-Rangsit Road, Chomphon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900 Thailand.
